C+A was the Enclosure System Architect for the total enclosure system replacement of an existing 1980's contemporary 4,000-sf custom residential building on Lake Ladybird in Austin. The Project design included below-grade and above grade waterproofing system design, Door and Window Unit replacement, and roofing system and stucco veneer wall assembly detailing. Construction estimated at $8M. Completed in 2011.
