C+A personnel performed a building evaluation for Institutional Educational college building, fire and life safety, accessible building codes; and the design of a Renovation Program to address applicable building codes and life safety elements for a 34-year 2-story academic building. Project challenges included occupancy changes from classroom to assembly areas that triggered installation of a sprinkler system and wall partition upgrades to portions of the building. C+A worked as specialty architectural consultant working in association with Mr. Fred Patterson, AIA of Patterson Architects in Bryan, Texas in 2009.
