Mr. Chamblee, Principal Architect, for the evaluation, design and development of repair program for the enclose system restoration program for the 32-story masonry veneer high-rise Hotel Building in Houston. The Program included the drying of the roof system lightweight insulation substrate to minimize demolition, re-roofing, mechanical equipment up-grades, and repair of masonry exterior wall assemblies while at Law Engineering in 1999.

Mr. Chamblee, Principal Architect, for the enclosure system design and construction phase Quality Assurance Program for the 100,000 sf replacement of Main Street Pedestrian Plaza during the installation of the Houston Metro Main Street Rail program above a moisture sensitive Basement Level Infrastructure. The Project included the design and construction coordination with Metro Rail, A/E and Contractor Team for a new below-grade-waterproofing system for a mission critical electrical vault. The replacement materials included replacement of marble pavers, and marble chips in the concrete curb and accessible ramps to match the Building’s Architect’s, original material selections for a Houston based developer during Mr. Chamblee’s employment at Raba Kistner. Mr. Chamblee performed a Roof System Review and developed recommendations on the project again in 2009 with C+A.
